Introducing Temetra Issue Tracker

Hosted tracker, integrated with Temetra

As the number of meters in Ireland has risen dramatically, there's a need for meter management software such as Temetra, but also to handle the queries and work management related to metering.

Temetra can now offer hosted Issue Tracker software, integrated with Temetra to allow you keep track of open queries and jobs.

This software allows you to convert telephone reports or meter reader observations into jobs assigned to particular personnel and track until resolution.

Typical queries & jobs include

Issues are assigned a priority and sophisticated reporting is possible to show, for example, all the open issues, ordered by priority and date within a category.

The Issue Tracker is integrated with Temetra, allowing you to cross reference issues by connection number or Agresso account id. When you're looking at a meter in Temetra, it's easy to see the current issues related to this meter or account, with a simple click through bringing you to the individual issues.

If you have a CRM installation, the tracker is designed to work alongside, turning queries into action items.

Fully managed Turbidity & Chlorine Alarm Solution

Alarms on solids in suspension as indicator of problem

We now offer a simple, complete package for on-line Turbidity and Chlorine monitoring to comply with current requirements and new regulations for water quality management.

Our solution offers the transmitters connected to our GSM logger reporting back to Temetra with all process details and alarming. Any out of tolerence alarms are immediately reported to the caretaker for action. This is a very cost effective system, well proven in similar applications throughout the country.

With daily data transmissions, trending and audited daily monitoring can be offered, even in remote locations.
